Free postage for all orders in excess of $125.00 australia only

Please allow three days for your order to be processed.
We will contact you as soon as possible if your order is out of stock. Orders can also be collected in store.
Please contact us if you need to return an item. sales items are excluded from return so please choose carefully.
Items being returned must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must retain all tags and be unworn and unused condition. please note delivery charges are at the customers expense.
Sizing if you are unsure about sizing please contact us. if you have purchased an incorrect size please contact us first to check that we have the size you require in stock.
Return items to be exchanged please enclose a pre paid satchel for your new items to be returned in original delivery changes will not be refunded.
DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS:
All items are carefully checked when sent out to customers should an item be found to be defective or faulty then polly and willow boutique will be happy to discuss your options when you contact the store.
OUT OF STOCK
From time to time items may be out of stock should this happen we will notify you and offer an alternative or you may choose to cancel your order.
Please note sale and discounted stock cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless faulty please choose carefully.
Payment on all orders must be made within seven days from order any unpaid orders will be returned to stock.

Orders will be dispatched once payment is confirmed
